Board-to-board connector insulation inspection rules: qualified suppliers produce the same type of insulation material, product performance is stable (within one year without quality problems and returns), every 5 tons of sampling.
The new insulating material of the qualified supplier or the insulating material or sample of the sub-supplier should be sampled for type test, and the five deliveries thereafter should be sampled for inspection, and after passing the test, it can be transferred to other batch sampling. If the insulating material is found to be unqualified once, the sample shall be sampled according to the first batch of supply. For each batch of insulation material must be accompanied by the supplier's material quality guarantee or test report.
Sampling method: 2 bags or more per batch. The detectable items are tensile strength, elongation at break, dielectric strength, volume resistivity, volume resistivity at 80℃, oxygen index and density.
For the performance that can not be tested according to the manufacturer's test report or quality assurance book acceptance. The insulating material is packed with plastic film bag inside and PP woven fabric/kraft paper compound outside, with net weight of 25±0.2kg per bag, but no negative deviation is allowed per ton.
Board-to-board connector insulation material packaging must indicate: the name of the manufacturer, material type and name, production date, net weight and product certification and other signs. Electronic wire connector insulation material into the factory, should be accompanied by the manufacturer's quality assurance certificate or quality inspection report. Supply, the manufacturer must be accompanied by the statutory inspection department type test report. Normal supply, the manufacturer every two years must provide the year the statutory inspection department type test report.
Transport board-to-board wire connector insulation should not be subject to sunlight, rain, packaging should not be damaged.
Storage board-to-board wire connector insulation material should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, ventilated warehouse. The storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
